When can I expect my order?

In 99% of cases, orders are delivered within the expected delivery time. Unfortunately, it can sometimes happen that an order is delayed in the delivery process. You can check the status of your order via the following link.

If you haven't received anything 3 days after the expected delivery time, please contact us.

What are the shipping costs?

We offer free shipping! Delivery time is between 10 and 15 business days.
